• Is it possible to return an order? If so, what is the process? 

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. In order for a return to be accepted, the OWO Kit must be unused, undamaged, clean and returned in the same condition in which it was received. Once an OWO kit has been used, it can’t be returned. The plastic protectors on the OWO skin gel pads must not have been peeled off. If you have used any of the components of the kit, we won’t be able to accept the return. Additionally, please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any associated costs.

If you meet the return conditions, please ship the OWO kit to the address below and notify us via our contact form.

Once we receive the product, we will inspect the kit and confirm if it meets the requirements to be returned or not. The results of the inspection will then be communicated to you via email.

• I want to change the size of my OWO Skin. Is it possible?

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, you can request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery if the OWO Skin doesn’t fit.

In order for a size change to be accepted, the OWO Skin must be unused, undamaged, clean and returned in the same condition in which it was received. The plastic protectors on the OWO Skin gel pads must not have been peeled off. This means the customer should have only tried it on without removing the plastic protectors from the gel pads. If you have used the OWO Skin, we won’t be able to accept the size change. Additionally, please note that in this case the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs and any associated costs of receiving your OWO Skin and sending your new size.

To make sure you choose the right size, we always recommend checking out our size chart and watching the “How to measure yourself” video to take the correct measurements. You should measure your chest (A) and hips (B) following our indications. The reference measurement will always be the larger of the two (A or B). Look in the table to what size corresponds to that measurement. Remember that it has to be close fitting so, if you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one. The OWO Skin should fit your body tightly, but also be comfortable to put on and use.

If you meet the size change conditions, ship the OWO Skin to the address below and notify us via our contact form. Please send only the OWO Skin and not the complete kit. Don’t include the device or any other components that came in the box. You can send it to us in a small box or in a padded envelope. Make sure it’s well protected so that it can’t be damaged during transport.

Once we receive the product, we will inspect the OWO Skin and confirm if it meets the requirements for a size change or not. The results of the inspection will then be communicated to you via email.

• I want to return my OWO Skin but I have already used it. Is it possible?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept refunds of an OWO Skin once it’s been used.
