  • Is it safe?

We have passed all the necessary certificates and tests to make sure that the product is safe.

We have made over 4000 demos and have included safety measures both in the firmware and the software. The device works using electrical pulses, so there are certain precautions that OWO asks you to follow for your safety.

We have specific warnings for people who have health issues, pacemaker, metal implants, pregnancy or are under 18 years old.

You can read all the safety and precautions in our User Guide.

  • Is it available for children or teenagers?

The OWO Skin is designed for people over 18 years old. Therefore, we don’t recommend the use for teens. We have specific warnings for people who have health issues, pacemaker, metal implants, pregnancy or are under 18 years old. You can read all the safety and precautions in our User Guide.

  • What’s the gel pads lifespan?

The gel pads can be used until their adhesive layer loses its functionality. Their lifespan will depend on their use (hours of play, player’s body hair, sweat…). Official replacements are available on our website.

To optimize its use, it is important to cover the gel pads with the protective plastics once the game time is over.

When you need to wash your OWO Skin, remember to remove the gel pads and they cannot be put back on the jacket.

  • Can I play Assassin’s Creed Mirage or The Crew Motorfest Edition with another edition of the OWO Skin?

Sure! If you already have the game, you can play it with any OWO Skin. The only difference between the different OWO Skins is in their designs. The functionalities and characteristics remain the same. For example, you can play Assassin’s Creed Mirage with an Original Edition.
