What’s the Estimated Time of Arrival?

Our general shipping times for all our products is 10-12 days from the moment you place your order until you receive it at your address.

How do I know my size?

If you have any doubts about the measurements we always recommend checking out our size chart and watching the “How to measure yourself” video to take the correct measurements.

Use a tape measure to take your chest and hip measurements. Choose the size of your OWO Skin from the size guide taking as a reference your highest measurement (most prominent area of the torso). Remember that it has to be close fitting so, if you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one. The OWO Skin should fit your body tightly, but also be comfortable to put on and use.

What is the difference between the OWO Skin editions? Are all OWO Kit editions compatible with all games?

All OWO kits have the same technical characteristics. The only difference between the different OWO Skin editions is in their designs. The functionalities and characteristics remain the same. You can play all of our +140 compatible games with any OWO Skin edition!
