When will I get my items?
Our general shipping time is 4-10 days. Delivery times depend on the country to which orders are shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the shipping company with you tracking number so that you can follow the delivery.
Who pays the Custom taxes, if any?
For shipments outside the EU, customs fees may apply and are responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over any taxes or duties that may be levied on your order. Customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country, and these charges must be paid by the customer.
For shipments to the United States, customs duties and import taxes are already included in the shipping cost, so no additional charges will be required upon delivery.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched, our shipping partners (UPS and GLS) will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery online.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all countries worldwide, except for the following: Iran, Sudan, Russia, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, Uganda, and Afghanistan. Delivery addresses located in the listed countries will be rejected at the time of ordering. You may send us an email to clarify.
