Information about us
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply to all deliveries of the company Boreal Technology & Investments S.L. (brand name OWO) to its consumers.
A consumer refers to any natural or legal person who enters into a legal transaction (in this case, an order of goods or technology) for a purpose that cannot be predominantly attributed to their business or self-employed professional activity.
Contractual parties
The consumer executes the purchase contract with the company Boreal Technology & Investments S.L., registered in the Commercial Register of Málaga 15 (Spain) under tax document number ESB93680163.

To place an order with OWO, the consumer must be 18 years of age or older.
Order and payment
Once the form data has been filled in, the user must proceed to the payment of the order through the payment method specified on the Website.
After the payment has been made, the user will receive an e-mail confirming the order, which will include a summary of the items purchased, the shipping method requested and the destination address.
If at the time of payment there is any incidence that prevents the payment, the user will receive an automatic payment error message and his/her order will not be processed until the payment process is successfully completed.
The prices of the services are expressed in Euros (€), including handling and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of the final confirmation of each order. You can even see the price in your own currency, through a third party application and technology.
All prices shown are final prices, expressly including Value Added Tax (VAT), notwithstanding that the user will have at all times disaggregated information on the price of the product.
We collect, store and use information about your identity during the order process only for the execution of the contract itself. Unless required for the execution or implementation of the contract (e.g. for shipment with the respective logistics partner) or required by law, we will not share information with third parties. If data must be stored beyond the execution of the contract for legal reasons (e.g. retention periods for invoices and payment receipts), it will be stored and blocked for the normal course of business. Otherwise, the information will be deleted immediately.
The transmission of information related to your identity that accumulates during the order process will be protected by SSL encryption, a method used by many banks in home banking. To allow you to pay securely online by credit card, we use the payment services of Comercia Global Payments. The information you enter for online payment will be collected directly by this service and will only be used to execute the payment order. We do not collect or store this information ourselves.
The legal basis for the processing of information is governed by Article 6(1)(1) lit. b of the GDPR.
Terms and payment methods
We accept international credit cards and ship internationally (with some restrictions). You can pay for your orders with the following credit or debit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Maestro®, JCB®, Google Pay® and Apple Pay®. Step by step instructions are available on the website.
Cards, as with other forms of payment, are only debited once the Founder Edition pre-order is accepted. If you take advantage of the 20% discount prepayment promotion, the full amount will be charged immediately. If you prefer to pay the pre-booking fee of €50, you will have to pay to continue with the production process at a later stage – with no discount.
However, it is possible that your card or other form of payment may indicate a reserve on the amount when placing the order.
Founder Edition promotion
The total price of the OWO system is €499. Currently, OWO offers the possibility of advance purchase with a discount of €100 on the same. On the other hand, it also offers the possibility to make an advance payment of €50 on the total €499 as a reservation of the product pending full payment.
OWO will manufacture products on a first-come, first-served basis. If you cancel or waive your reservation in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, your position will be filled by the next person on the product reservation list.
OWO may periodically offer discount codes to its users. These discounts may only be applied in accordance with the instructions specified by OWO with respect to each code, and in any case Users may only use one code per order.
The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional actions and collections. In this case, the discount code does not apply to the €100 discount for full prepayment.
Pre-order of the product
In the case of making a purchase of pre-order items, these will be delivered to the address selected by you within the deadlines indicated in this Agreement. Please note that some of these items are subject to longer delivery times which, in any case, will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the "Manufacturing Confirmation". Once the pre-order products go into production, we will contact you. In turn, when they have been prepared, we will inform you that they are being shipped ("Shipping Confirmation").
Cancellation
You or OWO may cancel this reservation, terminating the pre-order at any time, for any or no reason, before we notify you that your product is ready for manufacture. In case of customized product, you must cancel the reservation before your product is manufactured. If you do so before our notification of manufacture, you will get a refund of the Purchase Price without penalty from our side (does not include your banking deduction charges due to foreign transaction fees). If OWO cancels your reservation, you will receive a full refund of the Purchase Price without interest (and pay no processing fee). If you cancel after customized manufacturing, you will be subject to the full cost of the product.
If you have made a partial payment of the order (€50), you can cancel this reservation at any time and receive a full refund. When your product is to be manufactured, you will be informed that you must make full payment. Once full payment has been made, you will be sent the "Manufacturing Confirmation", at which point you will not be able to cancel the order as it is a customized product.
Founder Edition refund policy
You will not have the right to withdraw from the contract for customized items. When you choose a customized product, it cannot be returned once it has been manufactured. Please note that customized products are made exclusively for you and therefore cannot be returned except for a manufacturing defect. For this reason, please make sure you choose the right size for you. To do so, use the size chart.
For any questions or processing needs, please contact us at order@owogame.com. Should OWO approve the return, the refund would be processed and credit would automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a specified number of days.
Your right to withdraw from the contract shall apply only to those products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product, the product(s) are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or have suffered any damage, so you should be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item(s) using or including all original packaging, instructions and other accompanying documents.
If we receive an item outside the stipulated period, in poor condition, with wrong content or that, in short, does not meet the conditions to be able to withdraw from the contract, you will not be entitled to a refund. We will contact you and if after two (2) months since we put the item at your disposal you have not picked it up or you refuse to receive it. We will not be responsible for it and it will be considered abandoned. We will be authorized to charge you the corresponding costs if it is possible to manage the return of the package to you. Likewise, please remember that you will be responsible for the contents of the return package when using any of the return options offered by OWO.
Size exchange
In cases where you consider that the size of the product purchased does not meet your needs, and without affecting your legal and contractual right of withdrawal, you may request a size change, within 30 days from the Shipping Confirmation. You may select the size for which you wish to change the first product purchased, provided that (i) it is the same product, (ii) the price is equal to or greater than the first product purchased, and (iii) it is not a customized product. Please note that this option will only be displayed when the above conditions are met. You will be able to make this change only once.
In the case of the Founder Edition, you can always change the size before we have sent you the "Manufacturing Confirmation". Once sent, the customized product goes into production and it is no longer possible to process an exchange. For this reason, please make sure you choose the right size for you. To do so, please use the size guide.
Of course, you have the right to return any product under the contractual right of withdrawal when you buy in this online store as long as it has not been customized.
Warranty
The guarantee of durability described below does not limit the statutory warranty claims (compensation for defects, withdrawal or reduction of the price, compensation for damages) that exist in the event of product damage as of the transfer of risk:
As a trader, our company Boreal Technology & Investments S.L. (with trade mark OWO), is liable to our buyers for the perfect functioning of the products we sell, as far as their proper functioning is concerned, for a warranty period of 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. The warranty is not transferable to other persons or products.
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper handling of the product or resulting from accidents. The warranty expires as soon as the purchaser themselves or a third party not authorized by our company repairs or modifies, or attempts to repair or modify, the product. The warranty only covers the repair or replacement of the faulty product. If, during the warranty period, a defect is found in one or more of the components covered by the warranty, our company may choose to repair the product free of charge or replace it free of charge with another of the same model. The exercise of the right of warranty requires the presentation of the faulty product, as well as a copy of the invoice and proof that the defect has arisen within the warranty period. This proof will have been provided, in particular, if the faulty product is sent to our company within the warranty period.
Should the warranty claim be justified, our company will send the replacement product or the already repaired product to the purchaser at our own risk and expense; the shipment to our company, on the other hand, will be at the risk and expense of the purchaser. We therefore recommend that you send us an e-mail to order@owogame.com with a video of the faulty product, a copy of the invoice and a description of the problem, so that we can clarify the question of warranty assumption in advance. We will contact the buyer within a few days.
We strongly recommend that when returning items to us you use registered or special shipping, as we cannot refund items that are lost in the mail. All items will remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Shipping
OWO will manufacture products on a first -come, first-served basis. This does not imply that you will receive a specific number associated with your products. If you cancel or waive your reservation in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, your position will be filled by the next person on the product reservation list. We will start serving at the beginning of 2023.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that we may need to manufacture and use the products for a variety of purposes, such as internal and third party testing, evaluation and display prior to fulfilling product reservations. In addition, we may, at our discretion, prior to fulfilling product reservations, offer for sale to the public (e.g., by auction) a limited number of products.
Priority
Those who have made the complete pre-order (full payment in advance) will have priority in receiving the product, being the first to receive it as soon as we have units in stock.
Shipping territories
We currently ship to all territories except: Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, Uganda and Afghanistan.
Please select your country from the dropdown. If your country does not appear in the dropdown and is not one of the exceptions, please contact us via email at order@owogame.com and we will contact you to determine the best method to proceed.
We will ship our Founder Edition through our logistics partners, at our expense, provided that it is standard shipping and the customer has not chosen another shipping method (for a fee). It will be made under strict compliance with sanitary regulations.
We have no control over any taxes or duties that may be levied on your order. Customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
Due to security issues, owogame.com will not process any order to a delivery address that is a mailing list or a PO box. All owogame.com packages are hand-delivered to the recipient, so it is not possible to deliver them to a mailbox.
Shipping times
Allow up to two (2) business days for your order to ship from the date you receive your "shipping confirmation" email, unless subject to a shipping delay. You can expect to receive your order within four (4) to ten (10) business days from the shipment date.
While we will aim to begin delivering products as soon as reasonably possible, you understand and agree that there may be delays. The estimated time of delivery (ETD) is subject to change, and OWO does not represent or guarantee that we will be able to ship the product on the estimated date. Accordingly, in the event of a delay and failure to meet the estimated time for shipment and/or release of the product, OWO shall not be liable for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall OWO be required, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to such delays. We will provide you with periodic updates regarding such delivery schedule. If for any reason you decide that you no longer wish to wait for your Product, you may cancel your reservation as long as you have not received the "Manufacturing Confirmation".
Liability and disclaimer of liability
Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms, our liability in relation to any product purchased on our website shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of such product. However, unless otherwise provided by law, we will not accept any liability for the following losses, regardless of their source: (i) loss of income or sales; (ii) loss of business; (iii) loss of profits or loss of contracts; (iv) loss of anticipated savings; (v) loss of data; and (vi) loss of management time or office hours. Due to the open nature of this website and the possibility of errors in the storage and transmission of digital information, we do not guarantee the accuracy and security of information transmitted or obtained through this website unless the contrary is expressly stated on this website.
Under no circumstances shall OWO be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or related to this Agreement. Should OWO be held liable for any damages arising from or related to this Agreement, the sole and exclusive remedy shall be a full refund of your purchase price without interest.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that the display of colors will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the product will be accurate or reliable. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the product is at your sole risk. The products are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
Industrial and intellectual property
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights in any material or content provided as part of the website shall remain at all times owned by us or our licensors. You may use such material only as expressly authorized by us or by those who have licensed it to us. This does not prevent you from using this website to the extent necessary to copy your order information or Contact details.
Visit our website
When you access our website, www.owogame.com, information from the browser you use on your device is automatically sent to our website servers. This information is stored temporarily, in what is called a log file. The following information will be collected in this process without any action on your part, and will be stored until it is automatically deleted:
- IP address of the requesting terminal
- Date and time of Access
- Name and URL of the file that was accessed
- Website from which you are accessing (referring URL)
- The browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access server
We process the specified information for the following purpose:
- Ensure that you can connect to the website without any problems
- Ensure that the use of the web site is appropriate
- Evaluate system security and stability
- Other administrative purposes
