Delivery times depend on the country to which orders are shipped. OWO will manufacture products on a first-come, first-served basis. As a general rule, the delivery period starts from the moment you receive the sending confirmation by email and can take from 4 to 10 days.

We currently do not ship to the following countries: Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, Uganda and Afghanistan.

Delivery addresses located in the listed countries will be rejected at the time of ordering. You may send us an email to clarify.

Due to security issues, owogame.com will not process any order to a delivery address that is a mailing list or a PO box. All owogame.com packages are hand-delivered to the recipient, so it is not possible to deliver them to a mailbox.

Deliveries from our shipping partners (FedEx, UPS and DHL) will be made under strict compliance with sanitary regulations.
