All Founder Editions are manufactured specifically for their owner. The manufacturing and shipping order is stipulated by order number, so those who were the first to buy the product, will be the first to receive their Founder Edition.

You will receive an email before the product goes into manufacturing where you will have to confirm your size and customized name. After that, you will receive another email when the product is shipped.

Follow the instructions in this video. Use a tape measure to take your chest and hip measurements. Choose the size of your OWO Skin from the size guide taking as a reference your highest measurement (most prominent area of the torso). Remember that it has to be close fitting so, if you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one. If you have any questions, please contact us at or through Discord.

The colors of the products that appear on the website are as true to life as possible. However, variations may occur due to the color reproduction capabilities of the device used to view the products.

All prices are in Euros (€). However, it is possible that the website will automatically detect the buyer’s country and display the local currency. If no change is made, payments will be made in Euros.

We have no control over any taxes or duties that may be levied on your order. Customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.

Delivery times depend on the country to which orders are shipped. OWO will manufacture products on a first -come, first-served basis. As a general rule, the delivery period starts from the moment you receive the sending confirmation by email and can take from 4 to 10 days.

We currently do not ship to the following countries: Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, Uganda and Afghanistan.

Delivery addresses located in the listed countries will be rejected at the time of ordering. You may send us an email to clarify.

Due to security issues, will not process any order to a delivery address that is a mailing list or a PO box. All packages are hand-delivered to the recipient, so it is not possible to deliver them to a mailbox.

Deliveries from our shipping partners (FedEx, UPS and DHL) will be made under strict compliance with sanitary regulations.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns and offer full refunds for all qualified items, except customized items, within 15 days from your receipt of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. Read more about returns in our General Terms.

Products available for pre-order are special items due to their personalized design and unique manufacturing process. As they are made to order, they are different from other products.

You can pay for your orders with the following credit or debit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Maestro®, JCB®, Union Pay®. Step by step instructions are available on the website.

All transactions carried out on are secure and supported by the 3D Secure protocol for online credit and debit card transactions. In addition, the security of payments made with Visa® and MasterCard® cards is reinforced with the "Verified by Visa®" and "MasterCard® SecureCode" authentication systems and use the EU Payment Services Directive (PSD2) and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) security protocol.

Likewise, Boreal Technologies has implemented security measures to protect the personal information you provide against all types of unauthorized access and use. However, remember that the transmission of data over the Internet is never 100% secure and that the information disseminated online can potentially be collected and used by third parties.

Cards, as with other forms of payment, are only debited once the Founder Edition pre-order is accepted. If you take advantage of the 20% discount prepayment promotion, the full amount will be charged immediately.  If you prefer to pay the pre-booking fee of € 50, you will have to pay the rest to continue with the production process at a later stage – with no discount.  

However, it is possible that your card or other form of payment may indicate a reserve on the amount when placing the order.

A unique 3- or 4-digit code protects your transactions at a distance. This code can be found in the following places:

  1. a) On the back of the card in the space reserved for the card holder’s signature. It consists of 3 digits (e.g., Visa or MasterCard).
  2. b) On the front of the card, above the card number. It consists of 4 digits (e.g., American Express).

Your bank may request some additional verification.

We accept international credit cards and ship internationally (with some restrictions). When placing your order, simply enter the international billing address that corresponds to the card.

To wear it, you must place the gels on the prepared patches. The gel patches have to be in direct contact with your skin, so the Second Skin is worn with nothing underneath. Read about all the specifications of OWO and get to know the technology.

Put the Skin on and open the OWO App (on your phone or tablet). Before you start playing, it will automatically ask you to get calibrated. At this point, you simply need to follow the instructions and adjust the intensity of each sensation in each muscle. Start low and go up until you feel the sensation the way you like! Yes, you must buy one which fits you. It must be tight on you so you can feel all of the correct sensations. It is elastic and comfortable, so ordering a tighter one is better if you are doubting between two sizes. Have a look at our size chart and find your OWO Skin.

Sure! Hand-wash it in cold water and put it out to dry. Before washing it, remember to take off the gel patches.

That depends on each person, we recommend you hang it and keep the gel patches covered (they come with plastic protectors). That way, they will last longer so you will have to change them less often.
